I am often asked how big of team do I need to be making such and such. How many people do I need to sponsor to get into the big bucks and it all comes down to your daily mode of operation. Way too often I see people come in with a huge wave of activity only to fade off into the sunset never to be seen again.

Consistent Action over Time Determines MLM Success

Network Marketing, like any great business model requires consistent action over time. It is a process, not a flash in the pan approach. Your income and how quickly you arrive there all depends on YOU and your daily mode of operation. Because so many individuals come into network marketing from a world where they have only known how to work for someone else (JOB) not for themselves, so not having someone to tell them what to do each day or moment of the day is a foreign concept to many.

You Are Only Doing Income Producing Activities When You Are in Front of Decision Making People

Also, knowing what activities are income producing activities and what activities are busy work or non-income producing activities is essential to your success. It is very simple. You are not doing the business if you are not in front of or over the phone with a decision making individual, either your own contact, a referral or in front of one of your associate’s decision making people.

What is a Decision Making Person?

What do I mean by being in front of decision making people? Any person, that could when exposed to what you have to offer, could make a decision in regards to your products and/or your products and your business opportunity.

Though Network Marketing is very different than a traditional sales business and our focus is on building relationships;  through this process, the information on your products and opportunity need to fall on fertile ground, meaning individuals that if they like you, your company, and what you have to offer, could make the decision to join you.
